Logging In
On the log in page, input your username and password that were provided within the activation email that was sent to you, and select login (passwords are case sensitive).
New colleagues are required to reset their password after logging in for the first time, and sign the terms and conditions.
If you are unable to remember your password, please select the Forgot your password? button and your login details will then be emailed to you, provided you have added an email address to your profile.
When you have logged in successfully you will be taken to your Dashboard. When you login, you can no longer select remember me next time on Blue Stream Academy, you will be logged out of the system after 60 minutes of inactivity.
If colleagues have had 5 unsuccessful logins, the accounts you can reset the their password of they can wait 3 minutes to retry logging in.

Squeaker is our colleague Intranet. When you joined the organisation, you may have been given a license for Squeaker and you would have been shown how to access it in your induction.
To access Squeaker from home or remotely, simply click here to login.
You will then be asked to enter your Hospice email address. Once you have done this, if you have an active Squeaker license, you will be sent an email to verify your login.
Click on the link to verify and then you will be able to access the site.
