St Michael’s Hospice offers care and support to individuals with incurable illnesses and their family members. Our care extends from the moment of diagnosis right through to supporting the family in bereavement and we have a wealth of specialist experience encompassing all aspects of palliative care.
How we support you
We provide a wide variety of palliative care services to meet the needs of the patient and their family. We do this across the whole of the county of Herefordshire and surrounding areas and the care provided is free of charge. We have a Hospice at Home service and a community based social worker and spiritual care practitioner. From our Bartestree-base, we have a large multi-disciplinary team all of whom are specialists in providing care and support at the time that it really matters.
