We are excited to confirm that our brand-new charity shop in Eign Gate will be opening in February 2024.
Located in the former Iceland premises, this shop will offer over 4,000 square feet of shopping space where customers can browse pre-loved clothing, children’s toys & equipment, homeware, books, music, and more.
To make donating your items even easier, we are pleased to share that this site will include a handy drop-and-go donation zone at the rear of the shop, where customers can pull in and park to easily drop off donations.
We are excited to share that our official opening date will be Friday 9th February 2024! We will be open from 10:00 to 17:00 and hope you can join us to browse this great shop and enjoy some refreshments. Please note, that at the moment, due to technical difficulties beyond our control, the shop is cash-only. We are working hard to rectify this.

If you have a passion for retail or sustainable fashion, consider pledging some of your time as a shop volunteer! With lots of different volunteer positions available at the shop, from till operators to stock sorters, there are plenty of ways you can get involved. Training is provided and you are welcome to attend a taster session first to discover the best role for you.

Do you have items you’d like to donate? Once open, customers will be able to donate items during opening hours at the rear of the shop, on West Street. For single bag or item donations, customers can drop these at the counter in store.
