This trek is a rewarding physical challenge, so if you have any concerns about your health, we recommend checking in with your GP before taking part.
To help you feel confident and prepared, some training in advance is essential — we suggest building up with walks of similar terrain and gradually increasing your distance and elevation.
When you sign up, you agree to share any relevant medical information (such as allergies or pre-existing conditions) with our first aid team, so they can provide the best possible care on the day.
Please note, photography may be taken during the event for future promotional use. If you’d prefer not to be included, just let a member of our team know on the day.
Sponsorship is what truly powers this event — it’s the part that makes a lasting difference. While your entry fee helps cover the cost of putting the trek on, it’s the funds you raise that directly support patients and families in our care.
