Our largest shop yet, with over 14,000sq. ft of shopping space and a beautiful new café! We have transformed this space to give you a charity shop experience like no other and create the ideal destination for a trip out with friends or family.

Our cafe is open 7 days a week: Monday to Saturday, 10am – 4pm and Sunday, 10am – 3pm.
Relax with a coffee and delicious treat or enjoy a light lunch, choosing from panini, jacket potatoes, soup, or sandwiches.
Little ones can also enjoy their time at the café, with child-sized portions and highchairs available.

Donation Centre

Open 6 days a week, 9am – 5pm Tuesday to Saturday and 10am – 4pm on Sundays and bank holidays.
It couldn’t be easier to donate your preloved goods!
Located at the rear of our Whitestone site, visitors can easily drop off their good-quality pre-loved items with our team. We accept good quality pre-loved items including furniture, clothing, bric-a-brac, books and media, toys, bridal and occasion wear. Click here to find out what you can donate.
Please note that our Donation Centre is closed on Mondays to allow our team time to process the generous donations we receive over the weekend effectively.

The Basement
Coming soon! The newest addition to our Whitestone Superstore.
From Tuesday 14th April, The Basement will host weekly two-day clearance sales from 9am – 5pm every Tuesday and Wednesday.
Entrance is located on the ground floor of the Whitestone Superstore site. The doors can be found to the right of the main entrance and passenger lift.

Our volunteers are essential for the running of our popular Whitestone Superstore. Their support helps ensure we are able to continue to provide the amazing care our patients and their families need free-of-charge.

To ensure this space can welcome all who visit, the building has been redesigned to help ensure accessibility. The main shop and café are located on the first floor of the building, accessed by a staircase at the front of the building (which has been redesigned for better accessibility) or using the passenger lift available to the right hand side of the main steps.
Toilets, located next to the café, include an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities.
The car park has plenty of blue badge parking bays (located on the right hand side as you enter the car park) and an allocated area for adult and child parking, which offer extra room for buggies to be taken safely out of the car.
Whitestone has over 80 parking spaces, which includes dedicated bays for Blue Badge and Adult and Child parking.
For electric vehicles, we have three EV charging bays where your vehicle can be charged for a small cost.
Whitestone is home to our largest Donation Centre. Our drop-off point is located at the rear of the building with dedicated parking spaces for unloading your items. Please note that we are unable to accept donations at the till within the shop itself.
Donations are accepted Tuesday – Sunday.
If you have large quality items of furniture you would like to donate, we can help! Our collection service can discuss your items with you and collect them from your home.
Free Furniture Collection:
If you have large items of furniture you would like to donate, why not use our free Furniture collection service? Through our Logistics partner, Boxmove, we can collect your pre-loved furniture or large electricals for free within a 20 mile radius of one of our Home and Living shops. Our Collections Team may ask you to send photos in advance and our expert drivers will review all items before collecting, to ensure items are saleable. Disposal of unsalable items costs St Michael’s thousands of pounds each month, so your help is hugely appreciated.
Please note, we do not provide a house clearance service and cannot offer collections for items such as clothing or small household items as it is not cost-effective.
You can find us at Whitestone Business Park just outside of Hereford.
Visiting by car:
From the A4103 (Hereford – Worcester Road), turn into the road signed to Whitestone Business Park. Take the first left into the business park; our entrance is the first on the right-hand side.
From the A438 (via Bartestree or Lugwardine) turn into the road signed for Whitestone Business Park and Whitestone. Follow this road for around a mile, going over a small railway bridge and past the first entrance to the Whitestone Business Park. Our entrance is on the right-hand side after the corner.

Whatever your interest, there are plenty of amazing volunteering opportunities to get involve and give back. Volunteering roles include:
- Café volunteer (helping clear tables, make drinks and serve customers)
- Donation Centre volunteer (helping sort goods ready for sale)
- Online Shops volunteer (helping list and pack exciting finds from our eBay, Vinted, Depop and Amazon stores)
- Shop volunteer (serving customers at the till, replenishing stock or pricing items)
