Your generosity has filled our Donation Centres with an abundance of incredible items so we are taking time to ensure your donations are sorted and put to the best possible use.
Because of your kindness, our shelves are overflowing! To help give our dedicated teams a chance to organise everything, we will temporarily be closing the following Donation Centres from 1st – 13th October
Whitestone Donation Centre, Hereford
Whitecross Road Home & Living, Hereford
Station Yard Home & Living, Leominster
Alton Road Home & Living, Ross-on-Wye
Not only does it give us time to make sure your donations are sorted, cherished, and put to the best possible use, this pause allows our teams to get prepared for seasonal stock changes and take part in scheduled staff training and development opportunities.
We understand that this might be an inconvenience, but please rest assured, this brief break will allow us to continue providing the highest level of care and service. While these locations are closed for donations, you can still drop off small bags and boxes at your local high street St Michael’s charity shop during this time.
We cannot thank you enough for your ongoing support and understanding.
Your generosity makes a significant difference in our community, and we look forward to welcoming you back when we reopen, ready to accept even more of your wonderful donations!
We are pausing to give our teams time to take part in training days, get prepared for seasonal stock changeovers and to sort and organise the abundance of existing donations. Â
The donation centres will be closed from Tuesday 1st October until Sunday 13th October, reopening on Monday 14th October. Â
Our Whitestone, Whitecross Road (Hereford), Station Yard (Leominster), Alton Road (Ross-on-Wye) donation centres will be closed.Â
