Maintenance Technician

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance operative to join our facilities team. The main focus of this role will be support across all maintenance areas, identifying and undertaking both reactive repair work and preventative measure to support the high standards of the Hospice and its additional properties.

Works will cover a wide range tasks, from bricklaying and plumbing to general out maintenance including removal of snow and ice in extreme weathers. It will also be made up of a mixture of pre-planned tasks and emergency support, so time management is essential.
