We're bowled over! 'World's most famous cricket club' helps raise thousands for St Michael's

One of the world’s most famous cricket clubs has helped raise thousands of pounds for St Michael’s.

The MCC (Marylebone Cricket Club) sent a side to the beautiful Brockhampton Cricket Club near Fownhope to take on a Herefordshire XI.

The annual encounter was brought to a premature end by rain this time, but not before around £14,000 was raised towards care at St Michael’s.

The match would not take place without the commitment and dedication of two people – Sue Watkins and Nick Nenadich.

Thanks to their dedication, each and every year, tens of thousands of pounds has been collected for St Michael’s over the years!
