Amanda and Pete Stead have supported St Michael’s for years

Being told they were our Hospice Lottery winners was music to the ears of Amanda and Pete Stead.

The couple have supported St Michael’s for years, with wedding DJ Pete a regular visitor to our specialist vinyl shop on Holme Lacy Road.

“I was gobsmacked to be told I’d won the £1,000,” said Amanda, who lives with her husband just a stone’s throw from St Michael’s in Bartestree.

“St Michael’s is always our go-to charity. Our son-in-law’s father died at St Michael’s and I know the Hospice is very close to his heart because of the care given to his dad.

“It’s such a worthwhile cause, and we love supporting it by playing the Lottery, and visiting St Michael’s shops.”
