Sylvia's special trip to see Santa

Our Grotto has already brought joy to hundreds of families – and the other night was no exception.

Sylvia, who is one of our day patients, loves Christmas so her carers treated her with a trip to see Santa.

“Sylvie loves the festive period, and so we thought it would be a lovely experience to visit the Hospice’s Grotto,” said Linda, one of Sylvia’s carers.

“She loved meeting Santa. It was such a special experience and we’re so glad it took place here at St Michael’s.”
