St Michael's Hospice Shops: Christmas Opening Hours 2025

As the festive period approaches, we wanted to share the opening hours for our shop locations and more to help you plan ahead.

Our Shops:

All of our shops and donation centres will be closed on the following dates:

Christmas Eve | Closed

Christmas Day | Closed

Boxing Day | Closed

(27th – 30th December | Normal opening hours)

New Year’s Eve | Closing at 3pm

New Year’s Day | Closed

Volunteer-run shops:

Please note that our volunteer-run shops, Folly Lane Pound Shop, Hereford and Bromyard, will be closed from Christmas Eve until New Year’s Day, reopening on 2^nd January.

Furniture Collection Service

Book your collection early

Our logistic partners, Boxmove, will be closed from 24 – 28th December, open on 29th – 30th December, and closed on 31st December – 1st January.

If you would like to arrange a Furniture Collection before Christmas, we recommend contacting us by Wednesday 17th December.

Online Shops:

For Christmas card orders, the final date for guaranteed delivery before Christmas day is Friday 13^th December.

Final order dates

eBay, Depop, Vinted & Amazon Shops

For guaranteed Christmas delivery, please place any orders by 12pm (midday) on Friday 19^th December.

Our eBay, Depop and Amazon online storefronts will remain open throughout the holiday period, with our team continuing to process and pack orders up to Tuesday 23^rd December. Shipping will resume post-Christmas on 29^th December.
