Shop Christmas Opening Hours and Last Delivery Dates for Online Shops

As the festive period approaches, we wanted to share the opening hours for our shop locations and more to help you plan ahead.

Our Shops:

All of our shops and donation centres will be closed on the following dates:

Christmas Eve | Closed

Christmas Day | Closed

Boxing Day | Closed

(27th – 30th December | Normal opening hours)

New Year’s Eve | Closing at 3pm

New Year’s Day | Closed

Volunteer-run shops:

Please note that our volunteer-run shops, Folly Lane Pound Shop, Hereford and Bromyard, will be closed from Christmas Eve until New Year’s Day, reopening on 2nd January.

Furniture Collection Service

Book your collection early

Our logistic partners, Boxmove, will be closed from 24 – 28th December, open on 29th – 30th December, and closed on 31st December – 1st January.

If you would like to arrange a Furniture Collection before Christmas, we recommend contacting us by Wednesday 17th December.

Online Shops:

St Michael’s Hospice Online Shop

For Christmas card orders, the final date for guaranteed delivery before Christmas day is Friday 13th December.

Final order dates

eBay, Depop, Vinted & Amazon Shops

For guaranteed Christmas delivery, please place any orders by 12pm (midday) on Friday 19th December.

Our eBay, Depop and Amazon online storefronts will remain open throughout the holiday period, with our team continuing to process and pack orders up to Tuesday 23rd December. Shipping will resume post-Christmas on 29th December.
