We can offer you, or those close to you, support with the practical, financial, social or emotional impact of terminal illness and bereavement.

We are available to meet with you between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. We can also arrange week-day evening meetings by appointment.

We aim to introduce ourselves to all Hospice patients and families. We are always happy to listen to any questions, worries or concerns you may have.

The support we provide can include:

  • Support to explore and express the impact on your emotional wellbeing
  • Helping you to make difficult choices and decisions
  • Help with putting your plans into action
  • Acting as an advocate for you, your family and friends
  • Support when you meet other professionals and agencies
  • Helping you claim financial benefits
  • Help and guidance with financial issues
  • Assisting you with accessing care and support at home or in the community

We are a confidential service, but at times we may need to share information with family members or other professionals.

We will always inform you before we do this.
