Paving the way to our garden vision

Our vision for the St Michael’s Hospice garden has always been based on the premise that it should be enjoyed by everyone.

That aim has become a step closer to reality this Summer with the installation of widened, reshaped pathways enabling those with limited mobility the opportunity to enjoy our tranquil green space.

The paths, installed by the volunteers themselves, complement the hard work already done by our volunteer gardeners to create ‘gardens within a garden’, where each section has a different theme, such as tranquillity, texture and fragrance.

Our thanks also go to Radbournes, Eagle Plant Hereford and Tarmac who supplied materials and equipment for the pathways.
