Hereford Motor Group supplies new fleet of Hospice at Home cars
As well as having expert nursing professionals on board, the effective delivery of the Hospice at Home service relies on clinicians being able to reach people’s homes, and for this we’re grateful to have a fleet of five cars.
Almost every inch of Herefordshire’s green and pleasant land is covered by the service.
In fact, in the last 12 months, our team has covered more than 91,000 miles. That’s almost four times around the world!
Now, with an ever-growing number of patients, we have never been in a better place to tackle whatever Herefordshire’s roads throw at us thanks to the acquisition of five KGM Tivoli’s from KGM Hereford, trading as Hereford Motor Group Ltd.
“We are very proud to support St Michael’s Hospice, which has a special place in the hearts of the directors at Hereford Motor Group Ltd,” said HMG Director, Samantha Davies. “The Palliative Care Nurses can enhance wellbeing and resilience, supporting family members in meeting the needs of their loved ones facing terminal illness. We know they can provide this support by driving a KGM Tivoli, and we look forward to supporting them on their journeys.”
During the past five years, with cars from Vertu Hereford, the Hospice at Home team has clocked up an incredible 396,000 miles. Now, they’re looking forward to reaching even more people in the KGM Tivoli’s.
