Friday certainly felt Grand for one of our latest Lottery jackpot winners, Mr Broadgate.

Mr Broadgate has been playing the Lottery since 2014, when some of his dear neighbours were at St Michael’s Hospice and he decided he wanted to find a way to make regular donations.

He said’ I was very surprised when I got the call to say I’d won. I’d won the odd £10 prize before but never the jackpot’

A keen cyclist who has taken part in the Hospice Wheelie Big Cycle several times before, he says he’s spent the money several times in his head but will probably be investing it towards a new bike.
