"I spread the word about St Michael's wherever I can!"

Hospice supporter shares her passion for St Michael’s

Fiona Williams has played the St Michael’s Hospice Lottery since the first draw back in 2000.

She says it’s an easy way to support St Michael’s, adding that she wishes more would do the same.

“I think that everyone who works for and volunteers for the Hospice does a wonderful job, and I am very proud to support it and just do a tiny bit to help,” said Fiona. “I wish more people would do the same, and I spread the word wherever I can!”

Fiona joined the Lottery back in 2000 to give something back to the charity “as they do so much for the community as a whole”.

“I shall always continue to do it,” said Fiona, adding she always tries to support the Hospice’s Open Gardens programme, as well as events at St Michael’s.

“The Hospice itself is a very peaceful and tranquil setting and it’s always a pleasure to go out there,” she added.
