What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with appropriate training.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Passionate about supporting the work of St. Michael’s Hospice.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
- Applicants should be 21 years of age or over due to Gambling Commission Regulations, in addition to two references and a DBS Standard Check
What you’ll be doing
- Canvas local areas and community events to promote and sell St Michael’s Hospice lottery tickets.
- Educate potential supporters about the hospice’s mission and the impact of their contribution.
- Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and submit them to the fundraising team.
- Represent St Michael’s Hospice in a positive and professional manner at all times
