We’re delighted to welcome Herefordshire author Jane Sanderson, whose novels have won readers across the country. Jane is currently working on a follow-up to her hugely popular Mix Tape, which was adapted into a drama series shown on BBC last year. Over a delicious lunch, Jane will share stories from her writing life, talk about her books, discuss the inspiration behind her characters and offer a glimpse into the creative process.
There’ll be plenty of opportunity for questions, conversation and laughter along the way. And it feels like a particularly fitting event for the Hospice. Anyone who regularly visits our shops will know they’re something of a mecca for readers. The number of pre-loved books donated and sold across our shops is huge, with thousands of stories finding new homes every year.
Jane lives in Herefordshire and runs Writers’ Inc with her husband, Brian, helping aspiring writers develop their craft and tell their own stories.
We love capturing all the special moments and sharing them with our wonderful supporters! These images may be used for promotional purposes, in future publications, presentations, and across our digital and social media channels for up to five years after the event.
If you’d prefer not to be in any photos, simply let a member of the St Michael’s Hospice team know, and they’ll ensure you’re not included in any images used.
Our staff will be easy to spot, wearing badges and high-vis vests marked “Press & Media Team.”
