The Community Wellbeing Café is a free, drop-in event run by St Michael’s Hospice. It’s a relaxed, café-style space for anyone affected by a life-limiting illness — whether you’re living with an illness yourself or supporting someone who is.
Do you or a loved one have a condition that won’t get better?
If you answer ‘Yes’ to either of those questions, drop in for a cuppa and a chat with one of our friendly, expert team in a friendly, relaxed environment.
You don’t need to be receiving care from St Michael’s to attend the free Community Wellbeing Café.

Everyone is welcome. The café is open to:

The Community Wellbeing Café is a free, drop-in event run by St Michael’s Hospice. It’s a relaxed, café-style space for anyone affected by a life-limiting illness whether you’re living with an illness yourself, or supporting someone who is.
Running at various locations, our Wellbeing Café travels to different towns across Herefordshire, bringing people together for a cuppa, conversation, and connection.
The monthly drop-ins are also a chance to find out how St Michael’s might be able to help, and for you to meet others going through similar experiences.
What to expect
At each session, you’ll find a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a chance to:

Meet others who understand what you’re going through

Share experiences and find mutual support

Chat with members of the St Michael’s Hospice team about services, activities, and wellbeing support

Enjoy tea, coffee, and light refreshments
There’s no formal programme, just a friendly, safe space to relax and connect.
