Run4Wales have announced that due to unprecedented growth and high demand, entries for the 2026 Cardiff Half will be offered via a Ballot for the first time!

If you apply for a ballot place, why not apply for our waiting list at the same time, so that if you aren’t successful in the ballot, you may be offered a place to run and fundraise for us? All 20 of our places have now been sold, but you can join the waiting list below.

Before the event, you’ll be invited to a ‘Meet and Greet’ where you’ll have the chance to meet Gaynor from our Fundraising team, who will be there to support you every step of the way. Gaynor will provide helpful tips to help you raise as much sponsorship as possible.

It’s also the perfect opportunity to connect with your fellow team members and get to know the other runners supporting St Michael’s Hospice!
