It doesn’t matter how big or small your event is, it’s a great way to bring people together, enjoy a cuppa and a cake and raise money for your local Hospice.

  • Find somewhere to host it. It could be at home, at work, at a village hall, or anywhere!
  • Ask your guests to bake and donate cakes
  • Encourage your guests to Gift Aid any donations
  • Make use of our downloadable materials to promote your event
  • Spread the word on social media!

Online donations

If you set up an online fundraising page, your online donations come directly to us each week. So that we can check your donations and thank you for the correct amount, please confirm your total once you know it, by emailing Amy on: ajohnson@smhospicehereford.org
Please include your name, address and a contact number in your email.

Cheques 

Please post a cheque to Amy Johnson, St Michael’s Hospice, Bartestree, Hereford, HR1 4HA and enclose the following information: name, address and a contact number.

BACS payment 

If you would like to make a BACS payment, please ring Amy on 01432 852 630 to arrange this.

Cash

If you have collected cash on the day, please total it up, and arrange with Amy to come into the Hospice to make your donation.

Who should we thank on your Thank You Certificate? 

How ever you pay your funds in, please let us know what the wording should be on your Thank You Certificate. For example: Joan Smith, Hereford City WI, Whitegates Primary School, Sarah Williams and friends
