Homme House celebrations raise almost £40K for St Michael's
Iconic Much Marcle venue marks 20 years of hosting weddings
An iconic Herefordshire wedding venue vowed to raise funds for St Michael’s to celebrate 20 years of helping couples tie the knot.
Homme House has raised almost £40,000 us through a host of celebrations which tie-in with our own 40th anniversary.
A huge chunk of this incredible figure was raised during the Hommedinger – a 1920s-themed black-tie ball attended by more than 200 guests.
Homme House owner Jocelyn Finnigan says St Michael’s has a very special place in her heart.
“Over the last 12 months we have witnessed first-hand how hard St Michael’s Hospice works to support Herefordshire families who are experiencing a profound family milestone – the loss of a loved one,” she said.
“We are enormously grateful to them for the care they showed my husband John in his last weeks and months in 2023, and resolved to dedicate our 2024 fundraising efforts to supporting the Hospice in his memory.”
