From 8th-11th August, every donation to our Hospice at Home Appeal will be matched to help fund the fleet that delivers comfort, dignity, and support to patients at home.

Across our county, people nearing the end of life want the same thing, to stay at home, in familiar surroundings, with loved ones by their side.
Our Hospice at Home team makes that possible. Day and night, they travel up to 150 miles a day, reaching over 220 patients each month to provide expert nursing, urgent care, and compassionate support around the clock.
But we can’t do it without vehicles. And right now, we need your help to fund the £43,250 cost of running our fleet — fuel, leases, insurance, everything that keeps care on the move.
