Family's thoughtful gifts for loved ones of our Inpatient Unit patients

Toiletry bags are a touching gift from the family of Sidney ‘Charlie’ Goodman

When the relatives of Sidney ‘Charlie’ Goodman, who is staying with us at the moment, said they wanted to help the loved ones of future patients, we were touched by their consideration for others at a time of uncertainty for themselves.

But what happened next blew us away…

Charlie’s family arrived on our Inpatient Unit armed with several boxes full of ‘Emergency packs’ to be handed out to those spending time here with friends or relatives.

The toiletry bags feature essential items including a toothbrush, comb and soap.

There is also a ‘pocket hug’ – a tiny heart representing “lots of love and big hugs too”, which is exactly what we’re sending to the Goodman family for their generosity.
