Challenge yourself to cycle as far as you can during the 2021 Tour de France.

Let the world’s most famous cycle race inspire you to complete one of our four suggested distances, or push yourself to ride as far as you can.

Sign up now and be a tour de force for your Hospice.

All cyclists will receive a bespoke post-event medal to mark their achievement.

You can cycle as far as you like. If a gentle ten kilometres is your limit, do that. If you like to be on the road for a few hours each day, don’t let us stop you.

This is a challenge can be completed over the course of the 23 days of the Tour de France.

The distances below may help you decide the length of your challenge.

40KM (25 miles)
This equates to distance around the outskirts of Hereford city. A good target for young children.

150KM (95 miles)
This equates to the distance between Herefordshire’s market towns. Children 8+. Novice adults

400 KM (249 miles)
This equates to the distance from Hereford to Calais, France. Regular adult cyclists.

700KM (435 miles)
This equates to the distance from Hereford to Paris. Club cyclists.

Tell us your target distance when you sign up. You won’t be tied to this figure though and can cycle further if you wish.

For those into a bit of healthy competition we’ve added additional optional challenges to whet your appetite.
