You can cycle as far as you like. If a gentle ten kilometres is your limit, do that. If you like to be on the road for a few hours each day, don’t let us stop you.

This is a challenge which can be completed in one day, a few days or over the course of the 23 days of the Tour de France.

The distances below may help you decide the length of your challenge.

40KM (25 miles)
This equates to distance around the outskirts of Hereford city

150KM (95 miles)
This equates to the distance between Herefordshire’s market towns

400 KM (249 miles)
This equates to the distance from Hereford to Calais, France

700KM (435 miles)
This equates to the distance from Hereford to Paris

Tell us your target distance when you sign up. You won’t be tied to this figure though and can cycle further if you wish.

Just like the Tour de France, we have a yellow jersey at the ready. We’ll be awarding ours to the supporter who raises the most sponsorship money.
