This year’s London Marathon is not only set to be the biggest in the event’s history, it’s also the most anticipated. Taking place on Sunday 2 October, it is set to be a fantastic spectacle, with 50,000 people taking part on the central London course and up to 40,000 more taking part all around the globe in the virtual event.

Join Team St Michael’s
We have now awarded our two London Marathon bonded places to two local runners, amid stiff opposition.
We also have a couple of supporters who have ballot places that have decided to raise sponsorship for St Michael’s Hospice.
Watch this space for more information on them in the coming months.
We also have places in The Big Half in September and Cardiff Half in October.
We’d love you to run for us here at St Michael’s. Every penny raised goes directly towards essential patient care. Thank you and good luck!

Why run for St Michael’s?
Knowing that you’re raising money for charity can give you a sense of purpose and an even bigger goal to work towards. Supporting a good cause can give you the boost you need to get up and train in the cold, wet winter months – particularly if it’s a charity that’s close to your heart, for example an organisation that’s helped you, or a loved one, through tough times.
We’d love you to run for us here at St Michael’s. Every penny raised goes directly towards essential patient care.
