Celebrate your loved one’s life with us at St Michael’s Hospice in Bartestree on Wednesday 1st December at 5.00pm.

Gather around the Christmas Tree outside our Hospice entrance and pause to remember loved ones as the tree’s lights are switched on. Enjoy a warm drink inside and share a thought and moment of reflection for all those we have lost in this poignant and uplifting event.

Attendance is free and suitable for all ages.

We would ask that you register your attendance so that we can monitor numbers and ensure social distancing. We cannot guarantee seating though as this event can get very busy, so we would strongly recommend that you arrive early to avoid disappointment.

There is ample free on-site parking and all of our paths are wheelchair and pushchair friendly.
Guide dogs are welcome on site.

You can also celebrate your loved one’s life by lighting up a virtual light with a dedication on this website.

The service will commence at 5.00pm. Please arrive from 4.40pm.

Please park in the main car park (follow the fluorescent car park signage).

The service is outdoors however social distancing is recommended, as is wearing a face covering.

Refreshments after the service will be held in the garden room. It is a requirement to wear a face mask in the Hospice building unless sat down and eating/drinking. Face masks will be provided upon entry to the Hospice. We will have the terrace doors open for additional ventilation and you are more than welcome to have your refreshments outside.

Although not compulsory, we would ask you to complete a Lateral Flow Test prior to attendance and please do not attend if the test is positive or you have symptoms of COVID.

We are looking forward to seeing you and all remembering loved-ones together
