- Ongoing Support: We’re committed to accompanying you on the entire dementia journey, offering continuous assistance and guidance along the way.
- Access to Wider Services: In addition to dementia-specific support, we provide access to a range of other services at St Michael’s Hospice, including counseling, complementary therapy, mindfulness sessions, spiritual care, and hospice-at-home care.

How to access support
We accept referrals for our dementia and wellbeing services from anyone registered with a Herefordshire GP, including:
- Carers of individuals with complex needs related to their caring role.
- Individuals living with dementia with unmet needs related to their diagnosis.
