Debbs’ says jackpot prize came at perfect time

A holiday treat is sorted for Debbs Smithers following her jackpot Lottery win.

Debbs has worked at St Michael’s for 35 years and says winning the £1,000 came at the perfect time.

“It’s my 60^th birthday on Boxing Day,” said Debbs.

“Me and my husband were thinking of going to Madeira to celebrate, and had planned to speak to a travel agent. Then, I was told I had won the £1,000, so that made the decision for us.”

Debbs started working for St Michael’s in 1989 on the nursing team, and is now our Lead Teacher/Practitioner.
