Animal-themed bread is dough good!

Martin, from our catering team, creates animal-themed bread for patients’ sandwiches

Sometimes, all you knead is love!

Martin, who works in our kitchen team, is a former baker with a flair and passion for great food.

The other evening he used his loaf to create bread in the shape of tortoises and hedgehogs.

The bread was then used to make sandwiches for those staying with us on our Inpatient Unit.

“I enjoy doing it, and the patients seemed to enjoy it, too,” said Martin.
