Adrian and Vivienne’s 21 Challenge

Adrian and Vivienne Karney from Hereford have been taking part in the 21 Challenge and are running at least 1 km each day for 21 days for St Michael’s Hospice.

They hoped to raise an amazing £500 and they’ve almost hit their target. They said ‘We will challenge ourselves to walk or run at least 1km every day for 21 days, and by doing this we not only stay fit, healthy and happy, but also hope to raise some funds for St Michael’s because they are an amazing local charity helping people’.
