A recipe for fundraising success

Hospice supporter Heather Price has found a recipe for fundraising success. With help from friends, she spent three consecutive days preparing lunches which were enjoyed by dozens of people at the Clifford house she shares with her husband, Derek.

Each diner paid £25 and further money was collected through prize draws at each sitting.

The occasions raised a staggering £6,000, with half coming to St Michael’s, and the other half to the Air Ambulance.

Thank you to Heather, her friends, and everyone who attended her lunches and supported these both charities.
