The Olympics comes to St Michael's

The Olympic Games came to St Michael’s today as our grounds played host to an Opening Ceremony attended by patients and staff.

A procession featuring an Olympic torch was followed by a speech led by one of our patients.

The ceremony starts a series of fun Olympic-themed events for our patients, which are being led by our Therapy team throughout the Olympic Games.

Thanks to Dr Dave Quinn for providing the Torch, and Pete Classy for use of a gong.
