Staff at Hereford's Nationwide branch raise funds in memory of much-loved colleague

Colleagues hold raffles in memory of Sam Arrowsmith

Sam Arrowsmith clearly left a huge impression on his friends and colleagues at Hereford’s Nationwide branch.

The young father died here at St Michael’s last year. Those who knew Sam will never forget him.

To raise funds for St Michael’s, his Nationwide colleagues staged three instore raffles.

Customer and colleague generosity meant £1,005 was raised, with Nationwide adding £100 for each of the nine staff members who ran the fundraising, bringing the total to £1,905.
