Luctonians’ Three Peaks challenge

A trying 24 hours for one ambitious group has led to a significant donation to St Michael’s Hospice.

Braving everything that Mother Nature could throw at them, a group whose members all had a connection to Luctonians Rugby Club completed the Three Peaks Challenge for their Hospice.

The fundraisers’ team spirit was evident as they scaled Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in just one day.

Their efforts have raised more than £4,500 and we’d like to say a huge well done to the group (some are pictured above) for braving the elements to raise such a wonderful amount.
