Workshop and upcycling hub
Whitestone is also home to our workshop and upcycling hub. From here we are able to upcycle furniture and other wooden products to give them a new lease of life ready for sale in the shop.
If you are a keen upcycler and would like to volunteer in our workshop, please get in touch. Learn more about volunteering in our shops here.
Accessibility
To ensure this space can welcome all who visit, the building has been redesigned to help ensure accessibility. The original steep steps at the entrance have been revamped and a passenger lift installed. The car park has plenty of blue badge parking bays and an allocated area for adult and child parking, which offer extra room for buggies to be taken safely out of the car.
Toilets, located next to the café, include an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities.
