The well-tended garden span five acres facing south and west. Herbaceous borders, rose walks, a laburnum tunnel, and Italian Gardens are among the highlights, plus the addition of a Japanese garden. 

Conservatories and large greenhouses contain species of orchids, plus colourful butterflies and bougainvillaea. Visitors are welcome to stroll through the lime tree walk to the wildlife pond, landscaped with wild flowers and abundant in wildlife.
