Target Audience:

This course is designed for all Registered Practitioners, including Nurses, GPs, Consultants, Specialist and Advanced Practitioners, and Allied Health Professionals. It is ideal for those looking to review, strengthen, and further develop their existing communication skills in a supportive, practical environment.

Course Overview:

This two-day, NCAT-accredited programme focuses on developing advanced communication skills for use in complex and sensitive situations. The course is highly experiential, offering a safe and supportive space to practise and refine techniques.

Participants will engage in realistic, scenario-based learning using trained actors to simulate interactions with patients, carers, and colleagues. Through role play, reflection, and structured feedback, attendees will build confidence and enhance their ability to manage challenging conversations effectively.
