Jenny Park is our latest £1,000 winner. She’s won a couple of £10 prizes before but this is the first time in her near-decade of playing that’s she’s scooped top prize.

Jenny is part of a folk group in Much Marcle which has previously given money to various local charities including St Michael’s, but she also had very personal reason for joining our Lottery.

‘Two people close to me – my best friend and a work colleague – received care from St Michael’s Hospice. ‘That’s why I signed up.

‘It’s not an onerous amount, and it’s worth it because St Michael’s does such a fantastic job. Why would you not want to support them?’
