Scott's walk of thanks
When Scott Balderson witnessed the care given to his close friend Phill Price by staff at St Michael’s, he decided to challenge himself and raise money for his Hospice by walking 17 miles from Gloucester to Sharpness, on the banks of the River Severn.
‘The care Phill received from St Michael’s was first class, and this was my way of saying Thank You,’ said Scott.
‘The Hospice provided great support to me both before and after my walk. It was great to raise money for them in this way.’
