Strength Through Sorrow Bereavement Group

Feel like bereavement groups aren’t really right for you?

We understand. We know that to really enjoy or find comfort in groups like this, you need to feel that it’s a good fit. That’s why we set up Strength Through Sorrow. A group aimed at working-age widows and widowers providing a safe, supportive space to connect with others navigating the loss of a partner or spouse.

You don’t need to have any connection to St Michael’s Hospice to attend, and the meet-ups are free.
Anyone can come along, but please do use the form below to register your interest or to ask for further information.

Location: Havelock’s Cafe at St Michael’s Hospice, Bartestree, Hereford HR1 4HA – The cafe is located just off Reception as you enter the Hospice.

Time: 6.30pm-7.30pm

Frequency: Meeting on the first Tuesday of the month
