Kili group's Table Sale as epic fundraiser nears

A group of St Michael’s fundraisers are heading to Tanzania to climb Kilimanjaro

Here’s ‘summit’ to celebrate!

Four of our intrepid Kilimanjaro team raised over £1,600 during a table sale.

Jenn Whittal, Carmen Rogers, Jill Goodfellow and Louise Evans sold refreshments, plants and cakes, with traders also invited to sell their wares.

Those attending were also invited to guess the weight of a cake bearing the St Michael’s Hospice logo.

The four were joined by Lorna, Sara and Lisa, who are also travelling to Tanzania in October to climb Africa’s highest summit to raise funds for St Michael’s.

The wider group has already raised more than £40,000.
