We’re celebrating…

Five years ago this week, a new service was launched in our community allowing patients to be cared for in the comfort of their own home.

Since then, almost 3,000 people have benefitted from the Herefordshire Hospice at Home service.
The partnership between St Michael’s, Marie Curie and the Herefordshire Clinical Commissioning Group is provided by a team of highly-skilled registered nurses and Senior Healthcare Assistants.
Day and night, we provide home visits and support at the times you and your family need it.

This week, we’ll be celebrating five years of Hospice at Home, and giving you an insight into the service which continues to bring hands-on nursing care into your home.
