200 year old 'Young Walkers' Snowdon Challenge

200 year old ‘Young Walkers’ Snowdon Challenge

With a combined age of over 200 yrs, ‘Young Walkers’ Peter Jackson (73), his wife Pauline (72) and friend Cheryl (69) will be climbing Snowdon in September / October 2021 (subject to restrictions) to raise money for St Michael’s Hospice.

The three of them have been walking together for a few years now. Peter said ‘In September 2019, we did Snowdon for another charity, also Pen Y Fan, the girls keep me busy! Personally since 2010, I’ve been to Namibia, trekking and working with children, completed the Worcestershire Way in a day and I’ve also been up Ben Nevis and the Cairngorms a few times’.
‘My biggest achievement was completing the National Three Peaks Challenge in 2019. Next year Kilimanjaro!’.
