Welcome to St Michael's Hospice's website where you will find information about the specialist care we give to  individuals who have a life limiting illness and the support and services we offer to their families and friends.

Situated in rural Herefordshire, we serve the local community and surrounding five counties.  Since 1985 we have given specialist palliative care to over 8,000 adults in our 16 bed in-patient unit and Day Hospice.

We are an independent charity and all our services are given free.  It costs over £4,600 per day to provide these services and we rely on over 85% of our funding from the community.
