Tis the season to be jolly. It’s the most wonderful time of the year…

Christmas is a joyful time for many of us. But it’s important that we remember it can be a difficult time too.

Often, the festive season signals a time when family and friends get together to celebrate the holiday season.

But if you’re missing someone this festive period, the memory of previous festive periods with them can be upsetting.

It’s important to know that if you need help, you’re not alone.

There are a number of groups and organisations which might be able to help.
