Based in the beautiful village of Bartestree, approximately 5 miles east of Hereford city, St Michael’s Hospice has been providing the highest quality care, free of charge, to the local community for over 35 years.
You will be delivering individualised, holistic palliative nursing care to patients and their families in their own homes to enhance their quality of life. You will need to be patient focused, be able to quickly build a rapport and easily establish relationships, communicate clearly demonstrating active listening, and remain calm and self-controlled under pressure.
This post is conditional to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check. You will be required to work evenings, weekends and nights on a shift rota basis. You must hold a full clean driving licence.
