When Cal Hendry won our £1,000 Hospice Lottery jackpot, she knew she wanted to give something back to St Michael’s.

So, she used some of her winnings to treat all our patients and Ward staff to afternoon tea.

‘I just wanted to treat them,’ said Cal.

‘The staff have worked throughout Covid and I thought it would be a way of saying thank you to them, and to remind the patients we’re thinking of them.’
