Patients using the clinics continue to be looked after by their hospital consultant with additional care and support provided by the Hospice specialist teams.
Referral to the Clinic is via your Hospital Consultant.

- Fatigue and Breathlessness: a four-week course

- Day Hospice

What can you expect?
- Your clinic appointment will last about an hour
- You will see your hospital consultant as well as specialist nurses from the Hospital and the Hospice
- We will provide refreshments
- There is free parking at the Hospice
- We can refer you to our specialist palliative care consultants as and when appropriate
- We can offer you help with planning your future
