Our stunning therapy greenhouse is open!

We were so fortunate to welcome renowned horticulturalist John Cunningham to cut the ribbon. John has helped plant 30 Show Gardens at Chelsea and is an RHS Show Gardens Judge.

The greenhouse will allow patients with a passion for gardening to continue their hobby whilst at St Michael’s.

The large structure is directly outside our IPU ensuring easy access, even to patients in their beds.

It was made possible by the Delphis Lodge of Freemasons who handed us £1,000 towards the project.  

Thanks also goes to Blue Diamond for loaning us some beautiful colourful planters, and to OneAchord for providing musical entertainment during the event.
